SCRIPT LAB
Script Lab is a 8 week program for young people ages 14-18 years old that will cover the fundamentals of screenwriting, story development, and lookbook creation. By the end of the program, students will have a completed script and lookbook, and will have gained the knowledge and skills needed to take their screenplay to the next level! This program is application based and will be limited to 8 students, and unfortunately everyone who applies may not be selected. Please be thoughtful with your written responses in the application form.
Each accepted student will get a year long subscription to Final Draft - the film industry professional screenwriting software! Script Lab will culminate in a live table reading event, where each student’s final screenplay will be performed by local actors at Youth FX Studios!
